Drawing the Spirit World

A discussion of advanced art techniques being invented which require the powers of the Soul. As well as the course of Andrew's misbehavior in impeding their invention.

A simple drawing of myself on my way to activate my artistic abilities and get stuff going. It practices comic-making techniques. This self-portrait symbolizes things about my self down to all the little details. It's also really funny to draw someone this way - “there he goes!” I made it after my black cat was going “Mao" outside my door.

Previously I spoke of Comic and Cartoon making as methods of depicting things in the African dimension of life. In my previous article about the Color Nations I described how the Black Nation inherently cloaks things in darkness. This means they are perpetually difficult to see directly. By making a drawing there is a discrete record of a black event without involving the normal methods of perception.

For instance in my previous paragraph the first two sentences were originally not completed. Whatever I had originally planned was forgotten. And so now I filled out those sentences with something new. It still feels natural, but weird because it changed my original plan for the article. Although this is a small event, I can imagine myself making my “comic from the future” in an alternate timeline and correctly depicting the branching paths of the different Beginnings for this article from this small Branchpoint. Thereby allowing my readers to see something they could not normally see in any other way. And thereby whatever black significance there is to this small Branchpoint.

Shortly before Andrew Hussie made Homestuck, he tried to Commission a random person online to make a “soul portrait” as he was offering on a website. However the artist took too long and so he did the Photoshop of a photo of himself himself. He did it very quickly.

This symbolizes Andrew preempting my futuristic Comic and Cartoon making techniques I was developing as a teenager. The symbolism is a black event he was not aware of at the time. Later I can draw this black event and illustrate its significance. Such things are why drawings are important to my articles and other content to convey my ideas. Now that I have recovered from my physical problems, drawings will become increasingly common and the text between them will typically be much shorter.

It would take "long” to develop my techniques as first, I would need to develop understanding of what Black Culture truly is. Second, I would need to learn the skills of doing things like "Soul portraits” and teach them to others as their participation is necessary. Third, The Return of Black Culture to the world would need to advance to power up black Art-making techniques.

And so Andrew's crude effort was certainly faster than all of that which is still in progress. This whole soul portrait thing is an apt symbol of the relationship between homestuck and my efforts. It was fast and dirty and did not require much new spiritual power. But in the process it made a travesty of the meaning of the things which Homestuck crudely refers to in symbolism, as they require the necessary patience to reach in the proper course of the Sequence, the fifth dimensional ordering of events to these Advanced art techniques becoming possible and used.

Such that such techniques are currently possible, this SpongeBob is adjacent to the soul portrait at the top of the article. It represents responding to the haters I see hating on recent SpongeBob because they are threatened by the development of cartooning skill the show does, one of the few bright spots in current cartooning. As if SpongeBob himself is giving a gesture of encouragement to learn from his show.

What is even more interesting is how the drawing represents the character being a symbol of a Lord over my own setting of The UnderRealm. The under Beast denizens of the setting are often symbolized with animal skulls. And so this is an example of evoking the true meaning of the character through the powers of the Soul.

All this also explains why I was harassed for my takes on Homestuck General, as explaining the actual reasons why I reacted the way I did would start to unfold the true screw up nature of the comic they were enjoying and profiting from. As with my previous example of explaining an interaction as one girl making another an alien. That was in an obscured way explaining a black event which is the real cause of the interaction between two people, not whatever it is supposed to be about. And so I received a spasmatic response.

A good example of a black event, one of the reasons for accusing John Kricfalusi.

And so making “Soul portraits” is basically an advanced version of a caricature. You're sort of depicting what they are truly like, if you completely disregard the literal world. Something like this is an incredibly dangerous thing for politicians and other figures which have worldly power but are wretched on the inside. In fact they would be so powerful in the current state of things it would probably be too much. And so this is an example of God ordering the activities of evil with his Providence such that things run smoothly without evil truly causing much damage.

And so this gives another reason why cartoonists are persecuted, as they can unlock through their honest creative efforts Advanced and Powerful techniques against the evil of the world, regardless of whether or not they are consciously aware of the process. God needs to order this persecution so that Grievous offenses are not carried out against the other spiritual domains. And so fighting back against those who persecute cartoonists is a very important and holy task.

And so this goes full circle back to the beginning of the article with the drawing symbolizing how fuckin’ weird this spiritual warfare has made me from the perspective from a Soul portrait, why it feels good even though I have had to do with things like making no money from my artistic efforts, and why I am on a staircase.

Drawings like this also contain symbolism that will be common in my comic Hauntlyre. Articles like this are important for preparing understanding the comic.

The course of the later part of this article also shows the textual action which I believe Lord English truly wields. Andrew went off so premature he could not even depict the antagonist of his comic properly, and I believe in alternate timelines people depict such characters more properly before I depict them myself, through the action of the Soul. Homestuck fans have done the characters better than Andrew himself because of such things.
