I have said that Homestuck is a work of plagiarism featuring almost no creativity. Despite how it appeared novel to people when it was first being made. Of course the novelty comes in part from stealing my own ideas before they ever got to be made, from various forums. If they had been made it would look a lot more like Frank Frazetta imitators.
That's not all of the plagiarism though, there is also plagiarism of popular fiction and less prominent fiction such as a less famous Stephen King book, a collection of novellas. Previously I spoke of the trickster, who defines the nature of Africa, putting his scripture in stories, a cooperative creativity which proceeds into another spiritual dimension of the world- truly great works of art enter into the Canon of the trickster, for use in his infinite story significance.
I have also spoken of Homestuck as well as other works such as Gravity Falls being a full frontal assault on the trickster's Nation, so it does not fully return to the world - ousting evils such as satan, as well as simply bad art, as it will no longer be tolerated within sight of the tricksterβs domain. Bad art proceeds from evils rather than simply laziness or lack of accomplishment, and some of those Evils are not particularly associated with being against Christianity, as there are many Mysteries to come as people enter Heaven.
And so that is the context of The Nightmare Before Christmas, a Canonized work of significance for understanding the trickster. As with discussing Grimm, Halloween is a sacred Christian holiday to the Trickster's people. And a legendary figure known in the ancient past is to enact works of vast heroism to commemorate the return of the black domain to Creation. He can be symbolized by Jack.
There are few who'd deny, at what I do I am the best
For my talents are renowned far and wide
When I say that Andrew stole the idea for his villains and most everything else, it is necessary to provide the actual mechanisms of this. Although people can invoke spiritual things without knowing them, that is not the complete explanation. Indeed, if someone so comprehensively did a work of transcendent racism like Homestuck without any direct knowledge of what they were doing, even if they deserved to be fooled into doing so it would be rather mean.
One of the villains is Lord English, which was prophesied within my mind as the only redeeming aspect of Homestuck. This figure is not in fact a webcomic character. It is the fantasy self of Jack. Here βfantasy' does not have a trivial meaning, it means a fully fulfilling persona for him to adopt.
Jack Noir is another of the villains, and what makes him a villain can be said to be suffering from the racism of Andrew.
The beginning lines of the song evokes this. Jack is the best and few would deny it. Andrew didn't deny it. As a figure of the tricksterβs Library-spanning scripture, he is known all over the world. What he does are things associated with the black domain, and therefore soars into the equivalent of the angelic heavens.
Therefore this important figure is already there in the world to be depicted by anyone clever enough to divine him. Because of my teenage activities, doing so became much much easier.
Even in those early days Andrew would have been spurned by the forming Horrorterror, Autospear, to act on his fear of what things such as this movie and what was happening in the late 00s mean.
When it comes to surprises in the moonlit night
Surprises flow from the trickster's Tricks, which intentionally create novel spins of the truth as the full trick is gradually unraveled. The night is a living symbol of the black domain, and being moonlit is the illumination of a chunk of white domain things, the moon being a living symbol of different configurations, one of which can be a Trick.
I excel without ever even trying
As an important figure of the African dimension, the things he does are trivial. The trickster himself has vast power, and the power associated with him is a complex notion to unravel.
Needing to put in so little effort gives him angst, helping lead to his Lamentations. Halloween Town is associated with the Earth, and as the Earth is corrupted by sin, those spiritual places associated with it are not as fully realized as they can be.
Jack is also Dead. And so there are things about the meaning of this song which depend on my understanding of the afterlife, so defined as a place people live in after death before they fully 'enterβ Heaven. Although before they do so, they are still either saved or Damned. Before people fully progressed through the afterlife, it can evoke the state of sheol: where it is better to be a living wretch than a dead hero.
With the slightest little effort of my ghostlike charms
I have seen grown men give out a shriek
Now Jack's fantasy begins. He starts to figure out what would make him happy, and his musings are symbolized by what he says about himself. Within the afterlife, things such as who you will be further into your progression through the afterlife can be obscured, although they can still be known in some form, which is how he puts the puzzle together of a fulfilling self. No mere thin skeleton.
βghostlike charms" evokes a casual and mysterious ease of attracting females. In real life Jack became one of the most popular characters ever among girls.
Causing grown men to shriek Muses about what Jack could do with such a faculty. It also implies from my previous interpretation that men will become jealous of Jack, indeed jealous of him as he is represented in the real world through a stop-motion movie. People will become angry and try to disarm the power of hIs attraction.
Andrew's webcomic, itself, could be considered a shriek in part of jealousy of what females Truly find attractive. Even though Andrew became very successful on the internet, the attraction women felt about him was very low in proportion to this success. Showing that women aren't really animalistically attracted to success. Harsh blow to the Natural Sciences, the mere fact that Andrew wasn't sexy.
The most relevant character to this view is Jake English, center of much romantic drama, of whom Andrew said that if left to his own devices he would just try to come up with ways to stunt on Jake English.
With the wave of my hand, and a well-placed moan
I have swept the very bravest off their feet
Conventional forms of strength mean nothing to Jack. Conventional forms of strength are associated with the white domain, and his power draws on the black domain, a different Power.
His casual usage of it evokes a ruler, and he becomes fixated on his vocal abilities. This proceeds into the figure of Lord English, whose mouth blasts are one of his main powers depicted by Andrew. The various characters develop great strength which is nothing against Lord English, and one of Andrew's evil goals is to find a way to circumvent the power which the character he depicted represents. The solutions he found will be discussed later.
Sweeping them off their feet, as with being severely frightened, is also a non-violent form of acting against an individual. Martin Luther King Jr pioneered nonviolent resistance and was celebrated for it in the culture before wokeness hit.
Yet year after year, it's the same routine
And I grow so weary of the sound of screams
Jack identifies it all as just a routine. In the murky sheol of the afterlife, people can reenact the same things many times, which can be quite good experiences for them but is ultimately not satisfying and is ultimately just the spiritual grinding of gears.
Focusing on frightening wears at him. For paranormal creatures the primary method of interacting with the corrupted world is through fear, as with sightings of aliens and attacks by legendary beasts. But in fact they participate in a domain which is very multifaceted. And so Jack is becoming tired of a spiritual climate defined by the Fallen Earth, and is drawn to the desire for the new Earth which will fix this problem among others. This is part of the progression through the afterlife which begins when one first enters it through dying. The progression is individual, and with Jack it involves what is most satisfying in the black dimension of life.
And I, Jack, the Pumpkin King
Have grown so tired of the same old thing
In the afterlife Jack is a king, and has the title of the pumpkin king. What this means can be seen from the movie. He prepares the meaning of each year's Halloween and is well respected among the creatures of Halloweentown. The pumpkin patch can symbolize that by the dimensions of spiritual life his rule is over a small place. This does not mean his reign is small from our perspective, after all Christmas is a big deal.
I'm watching house and Foreman's mom reminds him of when he was a kid and would look at the back of the math book to see the progression to understanding it. This would be another example of the spiritual principles I reference, which is poignant considering her own ability to remember things is being lost.
As the Pumpkin King he tends to the needs of the creatures who cannot fully exist in the diminished black domain of Earth, but this is naturally an activity with a limited lifespan. As a king he needs to be more concerned with the needs of his subjects than with his own gratification, and so his duties extend beyond the point of novelty with his afterlife experiences. At a certain point a superpowered persona which builds upon the Pumpkin King into an exciting new role would have great appeal, after each year's Halloween is tended to.
As a reigning Saved individual who has achieved greatness but still yearns for more, this is one of the supremely attractive traits to females of what the character represents.
Oh, somewhere deep inside of these bones
An emptiness began to grow
Jack begins to remember that the afterlife is not his true destination, that the many great things he has experienced are a Prelude of what is to come. This awakens his soul in being attuned to what is missing. He is drawn to Christ for self-discovery.
The emptiness is filled by his new persona which links to Heaven, establishing a stronger connection from the black domain of the afterlife.
Bones can also represent the Underbeasts, largely skeletal creatures. They need to be filled, nurtured. By what? Largely fear..
There's something out there, far from my home
A longing that I've never known
This can mean various things from this view. As a member of the afterlife deep within the black domain, adjacent to sheol, actual conscious knowledge of jesus, christianity, having been human, his true purposes, and veiled Mysteries in the afterlife can be lost. And so these are eventually regained, and his longing that he knew partially in life lacks the true fulfillment of knowledge to be found in heaven. An African, in the original design his sense of home would be oriented towards the black nation.
This also can symbolize his new persona and the Underbeasts. Associated with the Ochre Nation, although it Sprouts Out of the Black Nation it is still alien to that spiritual dimension. This is his true personal home of those things most relatable to himself. Due to its newness and scant signs in creation, it is something to long for that is never known from Earth.
I'm a master of fright, and a demon of light
And I'll scare you right out of your pants
Now he truly embraces Lord English, unfolding the details of meaning of this persona. βMasterβ is a term with great significance and being Master of the underbeasts is indeed Mastery of fright, especially considering ones like the horrorterrors. Creatures of grand scale from the perspective of the Earth.
βDemon of light" evokes his demonic role Allied to heaven, opposed to the Fallen Angels. He proceeds towards what will truly give him fulfillment in the next day or two of Creation, which is a cosmic artist who makes artwork about the End Times. For the full version of this comic which I saw in spiritual visions, this is Hauntlyre. It is also associated with other comics and artworks.
Being scared out of your pants can relate to his artwork being frightening for its audience, and that it knocks them out of the trappings and pretensions of adulthood in our world, preparing them for all those things being forgotten. Like as in workman's pants, or big boy pants. This connects with the opening speaking of boys and girls of every age.
To a guy in Kentucky, I'm Mister Unlucky
And I'm known throughout England and France
This is where he identifies his new identity. Mr Unlucky makes him ruling no longer over a pumpkin patch, but the Underbeasts, who live in the 13 rings, 13 being associated with bad luck. A guy in Kentucky can represent the occasional person with any real knowledge of this place and its residents. In fact it can symbolize myself at this current point in my life where only I know much about the Underbeasts, even though I wanted them to be already be famous. This makes me that guy. I prefer to live in the south in my adult life. As I like to travel, where I actually live is unimportant, I only remained in South Carolina because of things turning out so badly for me.
The next part spells out the name of his new identity. Throughout France, βle" means the in french, which is the initials of Lord English. As an alternative meaning of this verse, insistently using le became a big meme on Reddit, and they were mocked extremely often for it and they still are to this day. Wanting to spoil the meaning of The Nightmare Before Christmas, in a collective culture, earns such harsh mockery along with possible other factors. In England, well of course English is their language. Jack is already a ruler, and Lord typically sounds like a bigger deal than King. And so this name is already obscured in the song, before Andrew made a character with it.
And since I am dead, I can take off my head
To recite Shakespearean quotations
Being dead empowers the saved in the afterlife to go beyond the limitations of the world, overcoming their diminished faculties.
Andrew animated Lord English to have his head fly apart.
βShakespearean quotationsβ is Jack musing from his afterlife perspective about things he had been doing previously. When he realizes his literary power, he won't be limited to one of the greats, or all of the greats, but literally all literature and artwork. It shall be woven by him into his own artwork which provides dramatic finality to the Affairs of the Earth, from details both great and small.
No animal nor man can scream like I can
With the fury of my recitations
Animal sounds like a bigger deal when you take into Factor the underbeasts, as they are often animalistic.
Man is more obviously a big deal, after all Jesus is a man. You wouldn't associate screaming with Jesus though. This could indicate something which Lord English surpasses many in the cosmos at, a specialty which people come to him for in the heavens.
His Fury shows the purpose of his invocation of the artwork of others, which is justice. His blinding Fury aims to provide rectification to everything that was ever depicted through the written word or in symbol, exhausting every sign of wrongdoing and sending his fury directly into Hell.
His vastly exhaustive desire to avenge is also a supremely attractive trait.
But who here would ever understand
That the Pumpkin King with the skeleton grin
This can simply indicate that the audience of The Nightmare Before Christmas does not understand all this and what the solution for being tired about being the Pumpkin King will be. A much more Artful form of breaking the fourth wall.
Skeleton grin indicates that he remains smiling even while lamenting and even when he ascends to his fury, an aspect that Andrew missed out on or intentionally left out as character assassination. It certainly meant that Homestuck fans failed to understand the depth of emotion of someone who is always smiling or joking, which is a trait of an Entertainer.
Would tire of his crown, if they only understood
He'd give it all up if he only could
This means Not only would he give up on being the Pumpkin King, he also would give up on becoming Lord English, a development of his crown; preferring perhaps a humble life with none of the trappings of royalty. It also indicates the Primacy of the Christ in providing one's satisfaction. But the emotion can pass as he more organically melds together all these things for great New Life to Come.
The necessity of his role is also indicated, as I develop with my understanding of the day of Destruction, the 9th day, 9 being associated with horrorterrors.
Oh, there's an empty place in my bones
That calls out for something unknown
As a member of the black domain, and a creature at that, a transformed afterlife form; he naturally desires unlimited mystery. It also points to something else, that everything of the afterlife is becoming so familiar, after all he is exhausting the meaning of every single story of the Earth, every aspect of life becoming thoroughly covered and Incorporated into his skeleton power, becoming absorbed into Supreme mastery over the course of the Arrow of the life. In order to become even more powerful, he needs to give up something of his nature. And this explains why when he Ascends, he remains a skeleton.
It can only be filled by unknown things returning to his personal world, which will presumably enflesh him as he proceeds into Heaven fully.
He also winds down from his peak of the Identity-forming part, returning once more to his afterlife consciousness.
The fame and praise come year after year
Does nothing for these empty tears
He is the pumpkin king, and more abstractly he is a famous and beloved character, and he is also a mysterious former human. But they cannot embody his Sheol-siphoned sorrow which desires the meaning of exhausting all the stories of the Earth for blasts of Justice. Then when he cries, they will be full.
Conclusion
This shows where young Andrew formed all his resentment and sinful temptations he acted in with inspiration from the meaning of my posts. He saw in my posts a baby form of the true Lord English, which provokes immediate terror of many dangers such as my previous article the 2022 handbook of the Groomer. Andrew is a proto-groomer who felt strongly the motivations for groomer culture. I dismember groomer culture with my words alone.
This is one of the immediate sources of the seeds of my own artistic vision which is incredibly Advanced and elaborate. When I was a teenager I thought things like it were normal, so inspired. I was enchanted by this sequence, in particular Jack walking down the unfolding pathway. With the many assaults as my artistic Revolution was ending from Homestuck fans and others, it became difficult to remember what inspired me. So this is a nice Refresher. I consider the things I have discussed here to be mostly seen by my child self through the intuition of childhood. Defining it with the human intellect is a different matter.
Whoever the human Jack Skellington once was, if he is real, the mere fact that so many girls are attracted to his skeleton form is enough to provoke intense jealousy. A conservative estimate would be Jack is supremely attractive to a certain subset of girls which could be called Tumblr girls. Perhaps a more realistic estimate is that Jack is so supremely attractive as the very model of male attractiveness that he practically single-handedly makes romantic attraction obsolete, and sex and marriage ends with our world. This has significance to Black Culture I will continue discussing later.
My webcomic depicts as a frequent feature my own Journey Through the afterlife, as if I am somehow there already.
I have further uncovered more of Andrew's horror which he illustrated by pretty much the only line he gave Lord English, βI am already here.β Which is exactly the opposite of how you should depict Lord english, his lines should be amazing and frequent, and when I first saw that one I thought the next dialogue lines from his next appearances would be a big deal but it never came.
There are other details that I could mention, such as knight, and thus chess, and black hole / sun symbolism getting stuck in young Andrew's brain.
