Underdog and Adult Cartoons
Unveiling a special way that John Kricfalusi was sabotaged by executives, and analyzing the metaphysical meaning of works such as Star Trek
When I say that there is a significance in fictional works that points towards reality associated with the fictional elements, there are certain things about fiction which could seem to be troublesome for that view.
For instance when you look at Star Trek and other such Sci-Fi series many of the aliens are much like humans and they symbolize human concepts and many things about their cultures are close analogs to current Earth culture. If Star Trek says important things about actual outer space aliens through the power of fiction associated with unfamiliar spiritual realities, how do these elements facilitate that instead of simply reflecting Earth life?.
The classic Underdog cartoon is a good case study. The whole concept, theme song, and basic ideas of the plots can be manifested on alien worlds which have never even heard of the Earth.
This is so because the cartoon is associated with the Underrealm, which is a Cosmic setting. I created this setting and it gained a semi-reality in association with the end times. The underrealm is associated with the Horrorstorm, the swirling individual effects of fear created by a species of monsters. Within this context “Underdog” is a transformation of myself with one of the most important of these monsters, my dog. And so this context conveys all the concepts of the theme song and idea of the cartoon.
Cosmic Aliens could form this entire cartoon without ever of hearing of the earth cartoon. “Thunder” referring to the roars of the monsters, “lightning” referring to the activating powers of the monsters, and Underdog is the authoritative figure above all of this who flies through the storm.
It is possible these aliens do not actually know what a dog is or the other concepts of the theme song and cartoon. They could even not know what fear is except as it is caused by the horrorstorm. And so human beings exploring the Cosmos like the starship Enterprise could discover a very similar alien version of the cartoon Underdog and it would be a great curiosity as to why it exists.
Adult party cartoon
Next we come to one of the most enduring ways in which John was sabotaged.
When APC was made the executives asked for the adult content even though the original cartoon was already popular with adults and made a massive cultural impact from that popularity, like by influencing the careers of creators like Michael Bay. All they really needed to make a version targeted at adults was to remove the censorship and maybe throw in a few token 18+ jokes to scare away the kids.
As they did so they related to leveling up a children's cartoon from the original version to an adult version. My contextualization of Underdog makes it adult in very mature ways. It relates to the topic of theodicy and involves the expansion of God's Kingdom into abstract realities, Underdog coming along with that expansion as a sort of police force.
As a spin on Superman Underdog is closely associated with busting criminals and storms to evoke the meaning of the Underrealm, and the way he breaks a machine in the intro also relates to this special Cosmic meaning. Spiritual apprehension of Cosmic meaning is a typical way which artists make great art. My unveiling of this meaning validates John's thesis that there was a great artistry to classic cartoons which was lost by idiots like Filmation.
Buffoons like executives also have spiritual apprehension and they listen to the subterfuge of demons. And so they set John up to embrace a crude and primitive version of an “adult cartoon” instead of the version I'm putting forth exemplified by Underdog.
Liars in the cartoon community, which was most people, pretended that this was John's original vision and he loved this stuff more than anything even though on his blog he was making spins on Yogi Bear and stuff like that. They derailed the discovery of cosmic significance in cartoons, just as Protestants have always desired in their spiritual life.
Creative traditions create Links of meaning that expand upon the traditions. In this instance this other song clarifies that the power of Underdog out of the Horrorstorm is associated with things seeming to be over, which links with the general term underdog, among other things. The pink cloud visual resonates with the aesthetics of Underdog.
The real adult version of Ren and Stimpy is that it created a friendship Renaissance, and the name of the characters / show has has a similar wordshape to both terms. It was originally conceptualized for a friendship Renaissance, a rap on it. As a very young fan I acted upon that to dedicate my life as a teenager to uplifting friendship to never before seen heights. I already saw the adult meaning while people were content to be squabbling retarded children. As an extension of this it relates to interconnection persevering in every kind of situation in every kind of conflict, a message which went into work like The Lion King with hakuna matata. The meaning of Ren and Stimpy is directly connected to the Cosmic project of Underdog, because when people are lost in truly alien worlds they can enjoy taking comfort in the people who have come along with them. And this comfort is an extension of God extending into those places and bringing love, justice, etc. from his kingdom, a microcosm of the Divine significance through close relationships of explorers. and all of this is directly connected to work like Star Trek, which gives the basis of forming creative plans to explore Cosmic frontiers.
Homestuck
So conceptualized, it becomes easy to see how truly retarded Homestuck was. From the troll versions of movies to throughout, it made a stupid and hostile travesty of all this transcendent meaning to classic works.
As I viewed my spiritual visions people made many demeaning and denigrating remarks back in those days as they were completely unable to see the chamber in which I learned how to properly interpret the world. My current Imperial campaign completely unwinds how people lived their lives back then, as what was taking place within my own mind destroyed all the nonsense they were participating in. And now in the present I am fully assembling all of that stuff out of my mind onto the internet.
Their key concern was selfishness and how to form careers based in their own aspirations and desires rather than honoring what people have done before and building out into the heavens, believing in God as through that belief he prepares people for a world beyond their current imagination.
One of those undertale fans which motivated my previous article was very insistent in trying to insult me, but every insult simply turned back to that 2012 context in which people like him ruined my life. “Spamming” but the breakout star character of deltarune is Spamton, how can he insult me for being like him? They were motivated by desire and their own aspirations, not acknowledging anything bigger which would truly fulfill and extrapolate the good aspects of their internal mind. But what they actually created out of those motivations is interwebbed with a conclusive drama about the vast significance of what they had done when they left me behind to do some very lonely, extremely important work for the heavenly Jerusalem.
