The personal origins of Homestuck
I provide a concise description of the sources of the major ideas of Homestuck as well as where they would come from.
An odd thing about people who still discuss Homestuck is their attitude that it should have existed even if Andrew hadn't made it. There's a number of curious facts to contextualize this perspective.
When I was a teenager, my effort was to revitalize comics and cartoons and then move on, not make a big webcomic focusing on myself. That's small scale instead of grand scale. After doing my Revolution I could have done some small scale things, but they weren't important and they wouldn't have worked without my Revolution happening first. My own webcomic Hauntlyre presents a constantly ratcheting merger with the small scale and grand scale, a sort of response to the desynchronization of how my artistic efforts should have gone because Andrew preempted them.
Looking at the aesthetics of his webcomic, I can base the human designs directly on ipgd. She had very white skin, ghostly pale. This can be attributed to her being a shut-in, not getting out much, but of course that fits with the characters living on the internet. She also had wild curly hair which I found very appealing. Indeed, I draw myself like her. Now you see why homesuck people got so spooked and stopped even saying anything about her.
This provides evidence of Andrew imitating me doing something very loving, drawing humans like ipgd, in the future. How? He had an evil will, and the relevant verse says that God molds bad people like clay. And that contextualizes questioning how clay could deny the right for the Potter to make one pot for honorable use and one pot for dishonorable use. This contextualizes it even further as the Green Snake has used Andrew for his purposes since birth, implanting the idea of Caliborn and dual identities in him.
Caliborn loses this dual identity, becoming the villain in a very slow process, which relates to how he focuses on destruction while the girl focuses on the relationships. Without this balance he is endangered to lean in and in on being consumed in destruction without remembering the significance of the people, as he clearly has fondness for. And so Caliborn is pre-existent and Andrew is actually perverting his story, as when it is acknowledged when he says the girl was murdered instead of killed by Caliborn. Andrew can be taken to be the murderer, driving apart the pair as is the psychology of the defenders of the regime of the fallen white and black domains. They are in conflict instead of in harmony as God designed them to be, and in order to resist their reactivation they must be in more and more conflict.
The chess motifs of Homestuck are an obvious perversion of my narrative about the white and black domains, as I will explore when my webcomic resumes updating. One of the saddest moments of my adolescence was when a police officer played a chess game with me and invited me to play more, but I didn't take him up on it. It didn't work.
The concept of the webcomic can be social commentary about the covid restrictions, exploring how they impacted the people who grew up with them. These restrictions came out of spoiling my teenage efforts, toppling public school would have been enough to prevent them. And so it's a sort of a sardonic response to a world crisis that can be made in a timeline simply by people spiting me.
This also gives actual meaning to the concept, as people can't even summarize what the web comic is about. The symbolic power could have even drawn people who should be in my life to be fans of the webcomic, through Andrew pirating a 5Dfuture satire of our present time.
The element that's most visible in Act 5 is the hellish surroundings of the world. My personal brand involves hell and depicting hell. Andrew had to imitate it to fool people into thinking he was the anonymous person who was setting up really cool stuff online, who was me. Since this was never properly realized it caused a lot of psychological dysfunctions for the fans, leading all the way to the really lame recent horror stuff like Amanda the Adventurer.
The “Squiddle” thing was a reflection of the Horrorterrors nesting in fictional media usually enjoyed by the young, like the moon monster Dead Space manifested as Dead Space. This is a good example of lacking realization: all these lame “spooky children's thing” stuff is just a spin on Homestuck or an imitation of five nights at Freddy's which has a Christian meaning. And they're nowhere near as good as the horror of the Horrorterrors being unveiled.
Various character Dynamics are just my literal current life. At the same time that I was unsuccessfully interacting with a #farts chatter, Homestuck reflected that. I literally need to forge psychic methods for Homestuck fans to be able to handle seeing how much their favorite webcomic resonates with my real life, so they can properly react to that.
As the underrealm blends real life with fiction, it works vice versa. My artwork always involved blending them, as John Kricfalusi anticipated with Sody Pop and George Liquor. (One of the most evil things his critics did was talk about sody pop without mentioning the inspiration from Bob clampett's wife. Presumably they wanted to bury such methods which Homestuck misused)
People responded to this blending, providing many many sources of ideas, but due to the stupidity of Andrew's efforts they were not taken advantage of much. A good example is how they put together fan characters which were much better than the actual characters, cuter Nepeta, deeper Equius, fun Jade, etc. That fan material had a lot of real life inspiration as I can analyze today.
I once made a drawing to show that I could invent the John Egbert character if Homestuck had never existed, and a thumbnail of it was spammed hundreds of times by trolls. The oil association relates to me drawing from Ancient Africa, showering the present in much value so long as people are willing to respect where the value comes from. Dril's fans had respect for this for a Time, which caused the power of his tweets to exist for a while. But then the leftoids settled in pushing politics on his content, and his content died.
Some of the characters aren't even characters. To understand the meaning of this you must learn to understand how I view the characters, who have no real substance on their own. They aren't always the same. This has always been true in the fandom, causing the wildly clashing “headcanons” and pushing that noxious concept into other fandoms.
Sometimes they're just people. Caliborn is just me as hated by Tumblr while I worked on my return in secret. He defined my unacceptability. Trying to bring those people I have a special connection with into my life could have made them a target of this treatment. Which wouldn't require any new characters.
There are many more Origins but I will leave off on those. Homestuck by itself is worthless, that was the main information I received from my initial near death experience. It only has value in how it can be used to relate to others. My Revolution has to do with connecting people over the internet as my opponents refused, and I will use anything of use to accomplish this.
I received a response from my previous email, too quickly for him to have read it. Just asking who the hell I was. It says so much about my opponents, as they talk all the trash they want but then act like they weren't interacting with a human. My efforts against homesick have already been preparing responses to this.
There's where I use that one
